The programme seeks to achieve this purpose through the implementation of a series of objectives that prioritize strengthening security for people and wildlife, deployment of an adequate and motivated workforce, maintaining strategic infrastructure, and strengthening partnerships and collaborations. 3.4 Agro-ecology, Education and Research Programme The overall goal of this programme is to enable Ecoscapes Conservancy to excel in community outreach and generate more knowledge for the advancement of its operations and standards. The programme focuses on developing an education module and materials, identifying and engaging liaison institutions, developing and marketing research and volunteer programmes, and establishing community programmes at the association level. 4.
