WHEREAS (1) Rebecca Wanjiru Ndungu and (2) Daniel Wainaina Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 425, Njoro in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as administrators of the estate of Paul Ndungu Ngugi (deceased) all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 519/108, situate in Njoro Town in the Nakuru District, by virtue of grant registered as I.R. No. 22738/1, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
