REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Irungu Muturi, (2) Brian Gichumu Githinji and (3) Rose Wangeshi Githinji, administrators of the estate of Peter Muturi Kanini alias Muturi Kanini (deceased), of P. O. Box 69066, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. 209/11358/195 (original No. 36/VII/2), situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a 6090 6090 certificate of title, registered No. I.R. 67167/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
