THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Magdalene Njeri Gathiru and (2) Reuben E. Njenga Gathiru, as administrators of the estate of Gathiru Rurigi, the registered proprietors of all that parcel of land containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 66/1866 (formerly Dagoretti/Riruta/1866), situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
