WHEREAS Lakeford Oilfield Limited, of P.O. Box 50039–00200, Nairobi in the Reprublic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of subdivision No. 12524/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 35992, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
