REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raphael Okoth Ooro, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as Kisumu/Kisumu/Ojola/4755 and 6520, Manyatta “A”/1394 and Kisumu/Korando/5721, situate in Kisumu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
