WHEREAS Joseph Muhoni Amunguyi, of P.O. Box 1284, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Butsotso/Esumeyia/5790, situate in Kakamega County, by virtue of a certificate of title/lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title/lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
