REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Emmanuel Mutavi Katoni (ID/0269508) and (2) Cecilia Mbithe Mutavi (ID/2612175), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.06 hectare or thereabouts, known as Machakos/Kiandani/2200, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
