REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Robert Mbui Mwagwabi, (2) Grace Nenyemi Mbui, (3) Richard Mwangombe Mbui, (4) Shadrack Mbui, Miriam Chinyavu Mbui, (5) Lydia Nyadzua Mbui, (6) Sarah Mbodze Mbui and (7) Edgar Mwarumba Mbui, are registered as proprietor in absolute freehold interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi County, known as Kilifi/Nyalani/1082, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
