THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jamshed Ahmed Butt and (2) Fehmida Begum Butt (as joint tenants), both of P.O. Box 82138, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land, registered as plot number Mombasa/M. S./Block I/416, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as Temp. CF 8046, and whereas the said land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register (green card), and upon such opening the said missing land register (green card) shall be deemed obsolute and of no effect.
