REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamlesh Lalit D. Pandya, of P.O. Box 83002, Mombasa, in the Republic of Kenya, done vide Power of Attorney dated 22nd July, 2025 by Pratiba Lalitchandra Pandya alias Pratiba L. Pandya, personal representative of the estate of Lalitchandra Durgashnker Pandya (deceased), is registered as proprietor ownership on interest of that piece land known as subdivision number 2024/V/MN, situate in ombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 33068, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
