REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Roselyn Francisca Odek, of P.O. Box 35301–00200, Nairobi, in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in ownership of portion No. 657 and 654 Mambrui situate in the Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, known as Plot No. C.R. 35003, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
