REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mrabu Johnson (2) Jones Ngala Maghanga and (3) Charo Jefwa (as trustees of Bahati Junda Self Help Group), are registered as proprietors in ownership of subdivision No. 771/II/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, known as Plot No. C.R. 8594, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
