THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Patrick Gathendu Njuguna (ID/5699872) and (2) Danson Njuguna Kiarie (ID/4439657), both of P.O. Box 1071–00900 Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, registered as administrators of the estate of Njuguna Kiarii alias Njuguna Kiarie (deceased), are proprietors of that piece of land known as Komothai/Igi/30, situate in the Kiambu County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
