REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bernadette Githigi (ID/4423398), is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.184 hectares or thereabout, known as Nginda/Samar BLK. II/57, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection will have been received within that period.
