REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alex Kiguru Ng’ang’a (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.13 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 4/Nguthuru/221, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by the administrators of his estate (1) Henry Ng’ang’a Kiguru (ID/33365843) and (2) Antony Nganga Kiguru (ID/203896693) to show that the said land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
