REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyokabi Gikima (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as Nakuru/Piave Scheme/245, situate in district of Nakuru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E765 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Josephine Njoki Gikima, and whereas the said the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of LRA 50, and whereas the title deed in respect Nyokabi Gikima (decease) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application of transmission LRA 50, and issue land title deed to the said Josephine Njoki Gikima, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nyokabi Gikima (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
