GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12758

WHEREAS Malachi Nyindodo Olende (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Konya/4374, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya, Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1481 of 1999, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Okoth Olende and (2) Shem Arungu Olende, and whereas the said court has confirmed a grant in favour of (1) Okoth Olende and (2) Shem Arungu Olende, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Malachi Nyindodo Olende (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Malachi Nyindodo Olende (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
