REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Wanjuki Njeru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, containing 0.12 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngandori/Kirigi/6686, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. 93 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation to Sarah Muthoni Njeru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Sarah Muthoni Njeru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Grace Wanjuki Njeru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
