GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12768

WHEREAS Priscillar Mathi Maka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Wamunyu/Kyawango/129, containing 27.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas in the Chief Magistrates Court at Machakos in Succession Cause No. E398 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Sammy Mutiso Makaa and (2) Kioko Makaa, and whereas the said court has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to (1) Sammy Mutiso Makaa and (2) Kioko Makaa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Priscillar Mathi Maka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
