REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bramwel Mwiti Gatobu (ID/27317698) is registered as the proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/7352, situate in Kajiado North District, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier was wrongly adduced to belong to Bramwel Mwiti Gatobu (ID27317698), notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert the parcel to its rightful owner being Evans Kaburu Rugane (ID/0503392/63) and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bramwel Mwiti Gatobu (ID27317698) shall be deemed to have been cancelled and of no effect.
