THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkosgei Ngetich alias Kipkosgei arap Ngetich (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Nandi County, known as Nandi/Kiminda/1066, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate Court of Kenya at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E92 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Hellen Jepkosgei Ngetich, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said Hellen Jepkosgei Ngetich, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkosgei Ngetich alias Kipkosgei arap Ngetich (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
