REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mzomba Mwaganda Nduni (ID/23506773), (2) Mwagomba Kidyanga Mkoma (ID/8656666), (3) Mwaganda Nduni Mkoma (ID/4603116) and (4) Winny Wanjiku Mtepe (ID/41588199), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/9176-9180, a subdivision of Kilifi/Mtwapa/2125, containing 0.63, 0.23, 0.40, 0.046, 0.248 and 0.066 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi Municipality of Kilifi County, and whereas a court order Case No. MCELC/E7/2021, dated the 5th May, 2025, ordered that Magistrate’s courts no longer have jurisdiction to hear adverse possession claims thereby cancelling the above parcels known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/2125, which were acquired by way of adverse possession, at Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court ELC No. E7 of 2021, notice is given that the above titles are cancelled as ordered by the court and such titles issued in the names above shall be deemed of no effect.
