TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya to the owners of the following motor vehicles: KBU 132A, Toyota Hilux; KBU 002M, Ford Ranger; RAB 979E, Hummer H2; KCC 923X, VW Crafter; and KRX 421, Land Rover, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying at Field and Industrial Services Limited, Lusaka Road, Industrial Area, Opposite DHL Kenya, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all the accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of by public Auction by Interfield Auctioneers, Afya Centre 8th Floor, Tom Mboya Street, P.O. Box 40781–00100, Nairobi, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners. Dated the 4th September, 2025.
