NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 921, in Volume DI, Folio 970/1340, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Martin Kangogo Ego, of P.O. Box 45, Tambach in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Martin K. Kangogo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Martin K. Kangogo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Martin Kangogo Ego, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Martin Kangogo Ego only.
