NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 718, in Volume DI, Folio 259/1856, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Victor Gakuo Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 295– 10106, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Victor Japheth Gakuo Muthoni, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Victor Japheth Gakuo Muthoni, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Victor Gakuo Kinyanjui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Victor Gakuo Kinyanjui only.
