NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 988, in Volume DI, Folio 270/1956, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Jimmy Mbuvi Matheka, formerly known as Jimmy Kituku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jimmy Kituku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jimmy Mbuvi Matheka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jimmy Mbuvi Matheka only.
