TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Kimani Mburu and (2) Alice Wangui Mburu, both of P.O. Box 323, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mburu Kimani, late of Munyeki, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 11th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2025 By Margaret Wanjiku Kariuki, of P.O. Box 30361–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Robert Kariuki, who died at Donholm, on 31st July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
