TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By Lily Chelangat Langat, of P.O. Box 301–30202, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kipkurui Birgen, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 1996. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By Richard Kipngetich Chumo, of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Cherotich Chumo, who died at Kaisagat Sub-location, on 27th January, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
