TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Kipngeno Mutai, (2) Rachel Chemutai Cheruiyot and (3) Nelly Chelangat Cheruiyot, all of P.O. Box 87, Kimulot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of John Kimutai Cheruiyot, who died at Kapset Location, on 20th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By (1) Ludiah Chepkorir Ngeno and (2) Wesley Korir Saitolok, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kipkorir Ngeno, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
