TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By Samwel Kipkorir Sigei, of P.O. Box 43, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Rotich, who died at Tarakwa Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1967. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2025 By Reuben Kipngeno Ruto, of P.O. Box 169, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Desert Kipkoske Bii, who died at Besiobei Sub-location, on 9th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025 By Kiprono John Rotich, of P.O. Box 179, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tugat arap Boit, who died at Kabusare, on 7th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
