TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By (1) Linet Nasambu Sifuna and (2) Elizabeth Sifuna Naliaka, both of P.O. Box 150–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Sifuna Simuyu, who died at Sirende Sub-location, on 14th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025 By (1) Monica Nafula Timothy Ammo and (2) Catherine Naliaka Am’Mo, both of P.O. Box 1313, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Ammo Olunyenyi alias Timothy Ammo Olinyenyenyi, who died at Matunda, on 13th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
