TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By (1) Reuben Chuaga Migwi, (2) James Thiong’o Migwi, (3) John Njoroge Migwi and (4) Jane Njoki Mugwi, all of P.O. Box 279, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Migwi, who died at Meridan Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 8th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2025 By Esther Njeri Mwugusi, of P.O. Box 674–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoni Githae Gacagi, who died at Moi-Ndabi Sub-location, on 21st June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
