TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025 By Tabitha Njura Njoka, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Nyaki, who died at Nguviu Sub-location, on 17th March, 1993. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025 By James Nyaga Ngari, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Venasio Michael Ngari Njanja alias Ngari Murage, who died at Kevote, on 6th June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
