TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By (1) Lucia Ciereri Njiema and (2) Tartisio S. Kaburia, both of P.O. Box 37, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley M’Njiema Mbogo alias Stanley M’Njiem Mbogo, who died at Kiang’ondu Sub-location, on 12th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
