TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2024 By John Peter Gitonga Njeru, of P.O. Box 80–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Stanley Njeru Muchai alias Stanley Njeru, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By Felix Miriti Mundi, of P.O. Box 196, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Chabari Gikana alias Benedict Chabari, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
