Box 263-201106, Molo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wanjiru Mwangi, who died at Olbumbu Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2007. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By Joseph Mungai Kimani, of P.O. Box 338, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Kitungo, who died Nakuru Nursing Home, on 2nd April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025 By John Mwangi Gitau, of P.O. Box 232, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Thuo, who died at Molo Sub-County Hospital, on 14th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
