E3 OF 2025 By (1) Bilha Chebet Kaputa and (2) Brenda Chelangat Langat, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Sitoyia Kaputa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By Nicholas Kipkoech Korir, of P.O. Box 44, Amalo in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Cherono Korir, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Marampei Nkurrunah, (2) Joseph Nkanae Nkurrunah and (3) Lepapa Jacob Nkurruna, all of P.O. Box 4, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ntekut ole Nkuruna, who died at Talek, on 4th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
