TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Esther Chepkoror Sigei, of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkesos Chesang Maritim alias Tapkesos w/o arap Maritim, who died at Kyogong, on 1st April, 2011. CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2025 By Josphine Chebet Korir, of P.O. Box 581, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheroigin arap Keter, who died at Kimenderit, on 20th February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
