CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2024 By Carren Anyango Magundho, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Okumu Achola, who died on 17th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2025 By Anna Atieno Ogunde, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Ojil Teti alias Ojil Teti, who died at Kaila, on 27th June, 2009. CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2025 By Gilbert Onyango Ombogo, of P.O. Box 3146–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Ombogo Oriedo, who died on 6th October, 1990.
