Box 50623–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Andrew Nyakundi Ogero, who died on 29th December, 1995. 19th August, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E308 OF 2025 By Wilfred Ontita Sangara, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Banchiri Sangara, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E317 OF 2025 By (1) Maseria Benedicto Nyaoko and (2) Vincent Orangi Mokaya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maseria Nyaoko Obare alias Moseria Nyaoko, who died at Nyataro, Kegati, on 3rd May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
