TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2024 By Margaret Onsando, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ataya Getugi, who died on 15th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. 272 OF 2025 By Francis Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otundo Okerio alias Otundo Orerio, who died at Bogusero North, on 10th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
