TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025 By Darius Atera Ondimu, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondimu Isaboke, who died at Engotogoti, on 24th March, 1984. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2025 By Simion Nyauti Mankone, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mankone Kegoro, who died on 26th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
