TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Samwel Odoyo Nyamala, (2) William Onyango Nyamala, (3) Boaz Onyango Nyamala and (4) Geophrey Onyango Nyamala, all of P.O. Box 14, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Nyamala Wendo, who died at Arujo, on 21st September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By (1) Rebecca Achieng Ariko and Jacktone Anyona Ariko, both of P.O. Box 47465, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Oriko Opere alias Solomon Ariko Opere, who died at Kotieno, on 16th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
