TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2025 By Rosemary Atieno Barasa, of P.O. Box 37–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Molo alias Martin Molo Otieno, who died at Kochieng “B” Sub-location, on 15th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2025 By George Odhiambo Olilo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Olilo Omieno, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 17th February, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
