E126 OF 2025 By (1) Seline Atieno Badia and (2) George Samson Ohera, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Badia Ohera, who died at Matangwe Clinic, on 3rd June, 2008.
