Box 552, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s relative, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Owino alias Petro Awino Riany, who died at Kawere II “A”, on 18th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2025 By Alois Odongo Oyako, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Okuku Oyako, who died at Wiga Sub-location, on 19th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E372 OF 2025 By Wyclife Auma Ouko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Ouko Odedo alias Ouko Odedo, who died on 21st April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2025 By Unita Atieno Nyauchi, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Opiyo Auko, who died on 8th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
