TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By (1) Jared Ombui Ogega and (2) Samwel Masanta Ocharo, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Osoro Mokora alias Richard Osoro Ocharo, who died on 11th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025 By (1) Fred Ogachi Nyaingiri, (2) George Morara Mang’aa, (3) Robert Birundu Mang’aa and (4) Raiti Onderi Mang’aa, all of P.O. Box 100–40403, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mang’aa Miyoro alias Mang’aa Miyogo, who died at Rigena Location, on 29th April, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
