TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Ngole Jackson, (2) Kahaso Ruwa Unda and (3) Roseline Kitsao Ngole, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Ngole Mwene, who died on 14th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Mturi Buni and (2) Patricia Salama Buni, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mturi Buni alias Moses Muturi Buni, who died at Jimba, on 23rd October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
