TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By Nixion Kipyegon Cheserem, of P.O. Box 483–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chespsergon arap Kipsuge, who died at Baringo District Hospital, on 17th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By Musa Lochongan, of P.O. Box 630–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nachungan Macharkomol alias Nachorgan Machakomol, who died at Kaptimbor, Kewamoi Sub-location, on 26th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
